Mindfulness based Course starting soon in Stourbridge - helpful for any stress or health challenge.  

This course will give you skills to help navigate the challenges of life, find some peace within, and find a meaningful direction forward.

The course is delivered over 8 sessions in a friendly and comfortable community space in the Old Quarter.  

You will receive a useful book at the beginning of the course and meditations after every session.

The space has a garden that we can use, and a convenient carpark. 

 

Next course starts on March 11th. 

Tuesday mornings 9.30 - 11.30. 

We will have a break over Easter.

Who am I? I am Vickie and I am experienced at facilitating courses in the community and at Mary Stevens Hospice. 

 

For this course I am combining my mindfulness training through Breathworks with a therapeutic approach called ACT. I have found this very effective, and the new insights and skills that people learn have been transformative for them. 

 

I have had very good feedback from my courses, and love seeing how people grow and change throughout them. 

 

I do offer 1-1 work as well at a location on Stourbridge High Street, but there is something very special about a group experience; people watch each other grow and find the groups encouraging, safe spaces. 

 

I will introduce different approaches and meditation practices throughout the course, including ones you can use throughout daily life to feel more grounded. I will be including ways of changing our relationship to ourselves that can alleviate a lot of life's suffering, and lead to more contentment and wellbeing. 


Fully accredited with Breathworks, I am up to date with cpd, insurance, and the continued supervision required to maintain the high standard of accreditation.
