Mindfulness is about reality - about being who we really are in each moment. I show you how to develop skills to live with more compassion and groundedness, and have a more broad and skillful approach to life's challenges.

My training was focused on how to help people uncover the deep wisdom that is within all of us. 
I will support you as you learn what mindfulness really is (it's not about being eternally calm or having an empty mind), find how you can best apply mindfulness in daily life, and how to meditate in a way that suits you. 
I am informed by relevant scientific research which details how mindfulness practice positively impacts on the brain. 
I am also interested in supporting people who are neurodiverse to find a way into mindfulness that will suit their individuality. 
 
 

I have found that when we understand mindfulness with our body and our mind it deepens its effectiveness. 

Mindfulness is a skill that we learn for life, and it suits people who want to benefit in a sustained way from a regular practice. 

I teach 1:1 and also in 8 week group courses.
