Hello, I'm Vickie -welcome to my website. 

 

I work with people to help them find peace and contentment within themselves whilst living this 'wild and precious life'*. 

 

If you feel like there is part of you that is preventing you from fully living your life, there is a way forwards. 

 

You can't erase what has already happened, but you can live in a different relationship with it - and come to thrive - even within challenging life circumstances. 

 

You do not need endless therapy; just a willingness to try new ways of approaching life, and a commitment from within yourself. The power for transformation already lies within you; all I will do is help you harness it. 

 

With willingness, commitment, and the knowledge that you are the one that is directing and powering your own change,  most clients feel resolution within 6 sessions. 

I look forwards to hearing from you. The first step is  a free 15 minute discovery call. I will  listen to what is happening for you, and start to learn about your unique way of viewing the world. 

 

If we are a good fit and you choose to continue to work with me, I will guide and support you through  transformative processes, which will be aligned to your needs, values, and your world-view. I will create a bespoke progression plan for our sessions, and will continue to support you.

 How I work  

 

 

I work primarily with three modalities; Mindfulness, ACT, and Hypnotherapy, although I have training in multiple areas which inform my work. There is more detailed information on these approaches on the pages of my website. 

A 15 minute chat before you book a longer session with me will help you decide if you do want to continue. I will then send you a questionnaire, which will help me understand you better so that we don't spend time doing paperwork in our longer sessions. 
 

Although I tend to work with a block of 4 to 6 sessions, I will always make an exception if you are approaching circumstances like an exam or operation and need straightforward help quickly. 

 

Currently I work on zoom and also see clients in the  North Worcestershire and Stourbridge areas face to face. 

 

I offer Mindfulness for Stress, 

Mindfulness for Health courses both in groups and 1-1. 

I have also been offering group ACT work. 

Hypnotherapy is always 1-1.
